Hugs not Drugs - I started this blog end of 2004 when i was seriously battling with heroin addiction. The blog takes me up to my spell in rehab feb 2005, my relapse when i came out, to the present day.

I really admire this blog, it was started quite a while ago and seems to get regular updates.
It would help if there was more contrast between the writing and the background and if the sentences were shorter, but what does that matter in the grander scheme of things hey?

A lot of work went into this site; the author has much to say, but unless he simply has a need to vent, a couple of things will make the information more readable.

Firstly, the paragraphs need to be two to five sentences; many are far too long for the eye to follow when continuing the sentence from the right side to the left.

Secondly, the typeface for the body of the text is too small.

Thirdly, there needs to be more contrast between the text and background.

All three things appear to be well within the authors capability and should serve him well to get his message across.
