I enjoyed this Blog as it had a variety of postings, not just a list of recipes, and enjoyed seeing the Black Pudding again. I used to eat it when I was in the UK 30 years ago - fried with eggs and bacon - delicious! I had a good chuckle at some of your posts. Some great images too. I hopped across to your other blogs - superb.

Can of worms is a very interesting account of a wanna be tv chef. The author has managed to create an informative blog that includes some humourous stories and what the resterant business entails. The blog also includes a variety of mouth watering recipes with great pictures of the final dish alongside. Over all it is a good blog that might teach you a few things about cooking.
A fairly new blog with some interesting recipes from a tv chef which i have never actually heard of. Well at least it aint Gordon "I cant say a sentence with F in it" Ramsay or the delightful Ainsley "Blackmans Dale Winton" Harriot. A blog with some good intentions and will be popular once the information starts flowing.
Okay, so I am an accomplished toast cooker. i can make a reasonably good pancake and anythign out of a tin or jar is safe in my hands. However, if I tried these recipes my kitchen (or my brain) would probably explode. That said, everything sounds insanely good and my mouth was watering at time. His writing is good, and the stories are amusing and worth a read. The blog has been moved to www.wannabetvchef.blog.co.uk (which is currently a mess when viewed in Firefox).
I liked reading the author's insights on life. He has a similar philosophy on life as I do. However, the recipes he has seems more geared towards the gourmet chef. Also, the layout seems to be a generic template. This is probably because it seems to be a fairly new blog, but it is updated frequently.
I had a chuckle or two while reading this blog. There is a nice mix of recipes, stories, and food pictures that may just make you drool. The author wonders if any readers have tried his recipes, and t that I say they all look very intimidating to me. And what exactly is black pudding? This blog is written with the assumption that the reader already is an accomplished chef.
