I really like this Health Blog because the information that I have found there has helped me to stick to a diet where I lost all of my extra weight. Now I'm at a point where I need to find ways to become more fit and active and I expect that I'll find good advice here for that part of the process, too.
This site has lots of different categories for becoming fit such as heart health, lung health, exercises, strength, endurance and lots more. I have not been physically active for awhile (unless chasing babies around the house counts), and I love the recent articles on stretching exercises.
I appreciate that the articles discuss how to exercise safely as well as correctly. For example, the advice about needing to warm up and stretch before exercising is very important, especially to a fitness newbie like myself. One thing that has held me back from a regular program is the possibility of injury and sore muscles.
I like how they describe different exercises and stretches that help specific areas of the body that you want to focus on. Needless to say that the blog's been bookmarked and that I plan to visit often!
The description of the blog "Healthy Body Healthy Mind" leaves little to comment. Everything is sad by the author there. However, I can't keep silent too. The warm that overfills the heart at the moment I open the blog writes the most wonderful poem of gratitude in my heart. Thank you.
It have happened so that I became the disabled. That's why blogs that offer the teaching on how to Feel Better and Enjoy Life! are identified with a dream by me. However, I am deeply convinced that one who are healthy at a moment too will be interested in how not to lose the joy of free breathing and will examine that well written blog.
This blog has a good and pleasing layout and it is very easy to read. The author has covered a lot of well written topics. Maybe you could include some more nutrition articles, and branch out a bit onto more topics. Well done, all the best and and keep it up!
