First thanks for being part of BlogsRater.com. :-)
Our main goal here at BlogsRater is to get you traffic to your blogs.
There are a few ways to do this:
1. Submit your blog. This will give your blog a good chance of being seen by a growing community of bloggers.
2. If someone writes a review of your blog it can get your blog into Google, Yahoo and MSN search results! I have seen it myself. I did a search on Google and found a review of my blog from blogsrater on the second page!
3. If you write a review on blogsrater.com that has over 50 words, you will recieve 24 rotations in the featured blog spot. This can help quite a bit and if you write several short 50 word reviews you can definately get some good targeted traffic.
OK. Now for the CONTEST
1. For the top reviewer for March/ April of 2006 the reward will be this:
a. 100,000 text link ad impressions on pingoat.com, a 12,000 Alexa rated website that gets over 5 million page views a month. This is targeted traffic. Blog traffic. This will be in the "Featured Blog" space that will be created on Pingoat.
b. 10,000 rotations in the blogsrater.com featured blog space.
c. $50 in cash.
d. 1 free .com domain from hostordomain.com
e. 30 day free trial of VM Direct's video email service. ( This is cool! )
2. For the number two reviewer for March/April 2006 the reward will be this:
a. 50,000 text link impressions on Pingoat.com.
b. 5,000 rotations in the featured blog space of BlogsRater.com.
c. $25 in cash.
d. 1 free .com domain from HostOrDomain.com.
e. 30 day free trial of VM Directs video email service.
3. For the next top 50 reviewers for March/April 2006 the reward will be this:
a. 1,000 impressions on Pingoat.com.
b. 100 rotations on BlogsRater.
c. 1 free .info at HostOrDomains.com.
d. 30 day free trial of VM Direct's video email service. This 30 day free trial costs blogsrater almost $10. :-)
These rewards are for writing 50 word reviews which are actual reviews. They have to be relevant to the blog they are reviewing.
This is just the first of many future contests for doing nothing more than generating traffic for this blog community. We have some great ideas on how we can get even more traffic to your blogs.
